Carol A. Vacca, President/Project Management
Carol has over 15 years of experience in the commercial and residential construction industry, including experience in both Project Management and Estimating. She is well versed in all aspects of construction with concentrated experience in commercial office interiors, laboratories, retail, Dulles International Airport Kiosk work, and airline tenant build–outs. Working in and around occupied phased–projects is something she can maintain excellent quality control for her clients. As Project Manager‚ her primary responsibility is to maintain and control all aspects of the project through daily quality control, schedule development and compliance, subcontract administration, on–going progress reports and on-site inspections along with detailed estimates and competitive bidding. Carol has years of residential experience bringing a homeowner's design vision to life.
Robert W. Vacca, CEO
Bob was employed with Scott Long Construction for the past 20 years as Vice President and CFO. He has performed services as a General Contractor, Construction Manager and Subcontractor during the course of his tenure in the construction industry. His experience includes jobs that range from $100‚000 – $10‚000‚000. He demonstrates the importance to detail with the understanding client relationships are the key to a good Contractor. Bob's strengths are in financial planning, forecasting, and contract management, along with the daily operation of Trinity Construction. He brings specialized experience and knowledge in the healthcare with INOVA Hospital and non–profit organizations. He prides himself on safety, clean job sites, respectful employees, client relations and providing an end product unparallel to the “normal” construction industry requirements. Bob has many years of residential experience in interior renovations.
Richard Van Ness, General Superintendent
Richard has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and demonstrates careful attention to detail. His strengths are in coordination of the daily work with Users, Facilities Managers, Subcontractors and staff. He brings specialized experience in healthcare construction, and his experience working in occupied spaces is unparallel. He prides himself on keeping a clean jobsite and focuses on quality control while maintaining good working relations between his clients and his subcontractors, and vendors. Richie has over 10 years of residential experience in custom home building and interior renovations.
